Some photographers decide not to cover their friend’s wedding either because they want to be part of the big day without having to “work” or because they prefer not to mix private and professional relations. This is totally understandable. Personally I can’t relate. I have known Irene for many years, and even though she’s some years younger than me, I have really found a true and loyal friend in her. When she got engaged to Aron and started to plan the wedding, I remember her telling me that she looked so forward to celebrating their wedding in Paris (most beautiful city, just saying)! But it was before COVID-19 decided to join the party! All the initial plans had to be reviewed and Irene and Aron decided that the wedding would take place in Oslo in the beginning of August 2020. My little brother, Eirik (a genius in wedding video) was supposed to take their wedding pictures in Paris and with the change of plans, he wasn't able to make it for their wedding any longer. Since me and my brother always got each other's back, I stepped up and gladly accepted to be Irene and Aron's photographer. It's been such a pleasure to be part of this amazing day! And for the fun fact, my little brother was finally able to travel to Norway for the wedding. He's made such an amazing video for Irene and Aron! I pasted the link below, go check it out! But back to Irene and Aron, I just want to say it one more time: thank you for letting me capture all these beautiful memories and moments! I feel privileged to know you and to count you among my friends!
