I have looked up to several newborn photographers in a very long time, wanting to be as good as them, until I accepted that this would not happen. Let me explain: many photographers are excellent at positioning the baby in flowers, in blankets, they spend time calming down the babies in order to make them look relaxed and serene. Everything looks so perfect on their pictures. It’s an art in itself and I gave up on mastering this art. I thought that I would be the kind of photographer that shows maternity in a different angle. I can offer “home sessions”, in other words, I want to photograph you and your baby in your own personal space, in your own bedroom. I do my best to have the best lighting, I help you with the outfit colours. It’s a moment that we share, I want you to feel relaxed, at ease, I set up the time we need in order to photograph your baby in proper conditions. My pictures may be imperfect in some way, but to me, they are imperfectly perfect.
